摘要
吻鮈和圆筒吻鮈脾脏的组织结构很接近,均没有脾小梁和明显脾小结,红髓和白髓混合程度高,椭圆体明显。福建纹胸鮡脾脏具有明显的索状小梁;淋巴细胞的聚集程度较高,红髓和白髓的区分较明显。三种鱼脾脏组织中的黑色素巨噬细胞团均无周边层包裹。
The spleen in Rhinogobio typus, Rhinogobio cylindricus and Glyptotborax fukicnsis were investigated by histological methord. The histological structure of the spleen in these 3 species was comparatively described. The histological structure of R. typus was very similar to R. cylindricus＇. There were not obvious trabecular and splenic nodule but ellipsoid in the splecn of the two spccies. It is commonly found that white, and red pulp were blent into each other in R. typus, R. cylindricus. Funicular trubecular aml congregate, lymphocyle cells were obviously found in the spleen of G. fukiensis, The spleen of G. fukiensis was differentiated into white and red pulp which made u great deal of difference with each other. The masses of melano-macrophage were not surreunded by circumjacent cell layer in these tbree species.
