摘要
对来自新疆北疆地区17个野生黄花苜蓿种群种子的发芽率,发芽势,发芽指数和简单活力指数进行了较为系统的研究,结果显示:不同种群间种子发芽动态曲线和日发芽数变化曲线存在明显的差异,发芽动态曲线表现出2个类型,日发芽数变化曲线表现为3个类型。各材料种子的发芽率,发芽势,发芽指数和简单活力指数均存在不同程度的差异,采用系统分类法(最短距离法)可将17份供试材料在最短距离为1.10处划分为4个萌发类型。表明新疆野生黄花苜蓿经过长期的生态遗传分化在种子萌发特性方面形成了种内丰富的遗传多样性。
Germination percentage, germination potential, germination index, simple vigorous indexes of 17 wild Medicagofacalta L. populations seeds in north Xinjiang were studied, the results showed that there was significant difference in seeds germination dynamic curved line and daily germination numbers variation curved line among different populations. Germination dynamic curved line showed 2 types, daily germination numbers curved line showed 3 types. Germination percentage, germination potential, germination index and simple vigor indexes of every material seeds were all significant difference. 17 experimental materials were diviede into 4 Germination types with system cluster method. All this indicated that wild Medicago facalta L. had formed genetic diversity on seeds germination characteristics after ecological and genetieal differetiation for long term.
