Relationship between cytokines and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis

摘要 非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(non-alcoholic steatohepatitis,NASH)是一种与代谢相关的肝脏病变,其发生、发展均与细胞因子有密切的关系.参与NASH病理生理过程的细胞因子归纳起来有3类,即Th1、Th2细胞因子和趋化因子及脂肪细胞因子,本文了回顾3类细胞因子与NASH发生、发展关系的最新研究进展,从而阐明细胞因子在NASH发病机制、血清学诊断和治疗效果评价等方面的意义. Non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is a kind of hepatic lesion that related to metabolism and its development and progression are closely associated with cytokines. Three categories of cytokines, including Th1/Th2 cytokines, chemokines and adipocytokines, are involved in the physiopathological process of NASH. In order to elucidate the significances of cytokines in the pathogenesis, serological diagnosis, and treatment efficacy evaluation of HASH, we reviewed the documents on the relationship between cytokines and non-alcoholic steatohepatitis.
