摘要
目的优选鱼腥草药材确定炮制工艺;GC法测定甲基正壬酮的含量。方法以甲基正壬酮的含量对鱼腥草药材进行优选研究,GC法检测鱼腥草饮片中的甲基正壬酮的含量。结果鱼腥草饮片中甲基正壬酮的含量不得少于0.002%。结论该法可以作为鱼腥草饮片炮制推荐标准。
Objective To investigate the optimum processing method of Herba Houttuyniae,determine the content of 2-Undecanone by GC. Methods Referring to the content of 2-Undecanone,we have screened out processing time for Herba Houttuyniae by GC. Results The content of 2 - Undecanone of Herba Houttuyniae should not less than 0.002%. Conclusion The method can be used for processing standard of Herba Houttuyniae.
