摘要
目的 建立养颜颗粒中2,3，5，4＇-四羟基二苯乙烯-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的含量测定方法。方法 采用反相高效液相色谱法。色谱枉为Diamonsil^TM（钻石）C18（5μm，4．6×150mm），流动相为乙腈-水（18：82），柱温为30℃，检测波长为320nm。结果 2,3，5，4＇-四羟基二苯乙烯-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷的进样量在0．0565-0．452μg的范围内呈现良好线性关系（r=0.9998），平均加样回收率为99．24％，RSD为1．09％。结论 采用反相高效液相色谱法测定二苯乙烯苷的含量，方法简便、灵敏、准确，可用于养颜颗粒的质量控制。
Objective To delvelop a method for determining the content of 2,3,5,4＇-tetrahedroxystilbene-O-β-D-glueoside in Yangyan Granule by RP - HPLC. Methods The analysis was carried on a column of Diamonsil^TM C18（5μm,4.6 mm×150 mm） with a mobile phase of Acetonitrile -water（ 18： 82） ,2,3,5,4＇-Tetrahedroxystilbene-O-β-D-Glueoside was detected at 320nm with flowing rate as 1.0 ml·min^-1. Results The calibration curve was linear （r = 0.999 8 ） in the range of 0.056 5-0.452μg for 2,3,5,4＇-Tetrahedroxystilbene-O-β-D-Glueoside. The average recovery was 99.24% and RSD 1.09%. Conclusion The method is accurate and quick and convenient for determination of 2,3,5,4＇-Tetrahedroxystilbene-O-β-D-Glucoside in Yangyan Granule.
