磁选粗精矿MD-30阴离子捕收剂的研制及应用 被引量:2

摘要 介绍了MD-30系列浮选药剂的合成工艺条件和产品质量标准。经实验室试验证明,该浮选药剂生产工艺较简单,可操作性强,产品质量稳定,浮选性能优异,且无毒,无污染,耐温性较好。在尾矿磁选粗精矿铁品位60.22%、磨矿细度-0.076 mm占90%的条件下,获得了最终铁精矿品位66.36%、产率85.84%、回收率94.59%的铁精矿。按细筛-磨矿-中磁-反浮选流程建设的选矿厂已生产3年,取得了显著的经济效益。 The synthesis process conditions and product quality standards of MD-30 series flotation reagents are presented. The laboratory test has verified that this reagent has advantages of simple production process, high operationability, stable product quality, excellent flotation performance, nontoxieity, no pollution and good temperature resistance. When it was used to treat the rougher concentrate having an iron grade of 60.22% and particle size of 90% - 0. 076 nun that was recovered from tailings by magnetic separation, a final iron concentrate grading 66.36% and having a yield of 85.84% and recovery of 94.59% was obtained. It has been used in a concentrator using a benefieiation flowsheet consisting of fine screening, grinding, medium intensity magnetic separation and reverse flotation, and considerable economic benefit has been achieved .
