摘要
选用12个墨西哥叶锈菌生理小种对43个中国小麦品种(系)所携带的抗叶锈病基因进行了推导,在25个品种(系)中推导出6个抗叶锈基因Lr1,Lr10,Lr13,Lr14a,Lr16和Lr26,9个品种(系)对本试验所使有的12个叶锈菌生理小种都表现感病反应,另有9个品种(系)携带未知的抗叶锈基因。在墨西哥2个地点进行的田间成株期抗叶锈性试验表明,12个品种(系)表现慢叶锈性,在将来的抗病育种中有一定的应用价值。
Leaf rust, caused by Puccinia triticina, is an important disease of wheat (Triticum aestivum) in China. The presence of leaf rust resistance genes in 43 Chinese cultivars and breeding lines was postulated by comparing their seedling reactions to those produced by the known Lr single gene lines in a multi-race test. Nine wheat cultivars and lines displayed susceptible reactions to all races. Another nine were postulated to carry unknown resistance gene (or genes). Only six known genes, viz. Lrl (in two lines), LrlO (one), Lr13 (one), Lr14a (two), Lr16 (seven) and Lr26 (seventeen), could be identified. Assessment of adult plant resistance at two field sites in Mexico showed that nearly half of the wheat cultivars and lines had useful levels of resistance and 12 wheat cultivars and lines carded slow rusting resistance that could be useful for future breeding in China.
