摘要
介绍了液相共沉淀法制备掺锑钛酸钡粉体的原理、工艺流程。通过对粉体和陶瓷片性能的测试,阐明了共沉淀法制粉体的优越性。共沉淀法可以应用于制备其它电子材料。
The principle and the technological process preparing barium titanate dopedantimony by the method of coprecipitation in liquid phase is presented in this paper.Through measuring the property of thepowder and the ceramic pellets,the advantage ofthe method of coprecipitation is expounded.It is suggested that the method ofcoprecipitationcan is applied to the preparation of other electronic materials.
