摘要
本研究通过收集和分析英语课堂学生小组对话语料探讨了话语共建现象。采取定性和定量相结合的方法,先对语料中的各种共建现象进行量化,然后结合和学生的访谈对它们进行定性描述、分析与解释。研究发现,话语共建现象是学生英语对话中的一种常见特征。话语共建包括求助、续说、他人修正、自我修正和使用激励词五种行为,其中求助和续说较多,是学生在课堂小组对话中的独有特征。此外,学生在交际策略上还存在激励词使用单一的问题。
Based on some Chinese students' natural conversation data in the English class, we made an investigation into their co- construction of utterance, by both qualitative and quantitative methods. Results show that co-construction of utterance is a salient feature of the students' conversations. The strategies involved in their construction include seeking help, continuing partner's unfinished utterance, other-correction, self-correction and using continuers. More frequent use of the first two characterizes their conversations. The students are also found to have problems with communication strategy, such as lack of variety in using the continuers.
