摘要
目的 分析被放弃治疗的脑瘫患儿被放弃治疗的时间、原因及方式。方法 回顾性分析2001年1月～2005年6月在我院就诊过的50例被放弃治疗的脑瘫患儿的资料。结果与结论 本组患儿被放弃治疗的时间主要在治疗开始后3～9个月；被放弃治疗的原因主要是家长对康复缺乏理解与信心以及经济困难；放弃治疗的方式包括：不给予任何治疗10例，尝试非正规治疗18例，安慰性治疗19例，采取迷信方式3例。
Objective To investigate the time, causes and modes of the cerebral palsy children abandoned treatment. Methods The information of 50 cerebral palsy children who abandoned treatment were analysed retrospectively. Results and Conclusion Cerebral palsy children abandoned their treatment in 3-9 months after treatment mostly. The main causes included their parents had little cognition and confidence to the treatment, or were in financial problem. 10 cases were without any treatment, 18 cases tried unofficial treatment, 19 cases accepted consolatory treatment, and 3 cases fell back on superstition.
