摘要
本文结合国内外学科馆员制度的发展情况,就西部高校图书馆建立学科馆员制度的必然性、以及学科馆员的工作职责、学科馆员的素质、及西部高校图书馆起步建立学科馆员制度的现实差距和主要障碍等方面内容进行了探讨。
This article, based on the development of the subject librarian systems both at home and abroad, at studies of the necessity of building up the subject librarian systems in West-China higher education libraries, the responsibilities and qualities of librarians, and the realistic gap of the initial establishment as well as its main difficulties.
