摘要
采用单卵囊感染技术,从鸡球虫混合种中分离出1株柔嫩艾美尔球虫(E im eria tenella)。并对该株柔嫩艾美尔球虫的病理学做了进一步研究。利用柔嫩艾美尔球虫的寄生部位、肉眼病变、临床症状等生物学特性进行鉴定,并做回归动物实验,用此球虫卵囊100,000个感染雏鸡。取8天后明显病理变化的盲肠组织,采用石蜡切片技术,进行病理学观察。结果表明,在盲肠肠绒毛上皮、肠腺及肌层都有虫体寄生,并且有明显的出血病变。
A strain of Eimeria tenella was isolated from samples , and the method of single oocyst was used to observe pathological changes. The biological characteristics of E. teneUa were identified, including location, pathological characteristics and clinical signs. The duodenums of chickens were infected by 100,000 oocysts. Caccums were taken out on the 8^th day. Paraffin section method was employed to observe pathological change which showed, under the microscope, this parasite develops in the epithelium of ceca, intestinal gland and gross lesions.
