摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏,乙醚萃取,气相色谱-质谱联用分析库尔勒香梨(Pyrus sink iangensis yü)中的香气成分。在NIST和W ILEY谱库中共检测出54种芳香成分,占总离子图峰面积的90.27%,其中质量分数较高的有己酸乙酯、壬醛、辛酸乙酯、α-合金欢烯、正十五烷、正十六烷及(E)-14-十六烯醛等。
The aroma components of Pyrus Sinkiangensis yü were extracted by wet distillation and ethyl ether extraction coupled to gas chromatography - mass spectrometry. 54 compounds were identified in NIST and WILEY mass library with SI and RSI greater than or equal to 800( maximum 100), taking up 90.27% of the total ionic chromatogram. The main constituents are hexanoic acid, ethyl ester, nonanal, Octanoic acid, ethyl ester, α- Farnesene, Pentadecane, Hexadecane and E- 14- Hexadecenal.
