摘要
１９９２年１２月～１９９５年６月，我院应用单侧外固定架治疗四肢长管骨骨折１４６例，１５３个肢体１５４处骨折，其中包括３８例开放性骨折，４例粉碎性骨折，９例合并感染的陈旧性骨折，２１例骨折不连接。此外还将单侧外固架用于治疗股骨髁间粉碎骨折，断肢再植，骨延长及多段粉碎骨折，全部成功。我们认为骨外固定架固定可靠，可早期活动，这对促进骨愈合，避免关节僵直，缩短治疗时间，提高治疗效果有重要意义。
cases of long bone fractures were treated with unilateral axial dynamic fixator from Dec.1992 to June 1995.These frac tures involved 154 bones in 153 limbs including 34 cases of open fractures,49 cases of comminuted fractures, 9 cases of old fracture with infection and 21 cases of ununited fracture.Unilateral axial dynamic fixators were also successfully used in the treatment of comminuted fracture,in replantation of severed limbs and elongation of bones.It suggested that the use of unilateral axial dynamic fixator could make a good fixation and allow early ambulation,And this could accelerate the union,avoid ankylosis and shorten the course of treatment.
