摘要
作者应用多功能单侧外固定架治疗胫骨骨折278例，治疗结果表明该支架具有操作简单，无血管神经损伤，不影响膝踝关节功能，兼有骨折早期牢稳固定及后期弹性固定等优点，是治疗胫骨骨折方便而有效的方法。治疗不稳定型骨折时采用少量螺丝钉内固定能增加支架的稳定性，钉道感染和骨延迟愈合是其主要的并发症。
We treated 278 cases with fractures of the tibia with multi-purpose external bone fixing support from JUN. 1991 to OCT.1994. All patients were followed up 1─1.5 years and the result contented us. If fractures were instability, internal fixing with a few screws was used to enhance the stability of the support. Pin tract infection and delayed union were two major complications.The authors consider that this support can simplify the surgical process and have the advantage of quite stability, no vessel and nerve injury, keeping the joint function of ankle and knee, and both primary stable fixation and elastic fixation in the later period.It is a convenient and effective method in the treatment of fractures of the tibia.
