摘要
随着抗生素、糖皮质激素、细胞毒药物应用的日益增多,以及器官移植及行介入性操作患者的增加,肺部真菌感染率逐年上升,在临床实践中,医生对该病尚存在认识模糊,治疗存在不合理的现象。从本期起将分期对肺部真菌感染诊断和治疗中应注意的问题加以全面介绍。
