摘要
我国大学科技园要建设成为具有国际竞争力的国家科技创新示范基地,创新能力起着至关重要的作用,它是科技园区发达程度的重要标志,是其获得长期稳定竞争力的最主要源泉。应从一个全新的战略视角推动我国大学科技园可持续发展进程,即必须增强大学科技园的集成创新能力。
The writer argues that the creative competence is a critical component of the competitive scientific bases in Chinese universities that nurtures the hopeful and competent resources of researches. Hence strategic study should be performed hereby to strengthen the creativity of scientific bases in Chinese universities.
