摘要
文章在提出一种由核心层、使能层和基础设施层构成的知识管理体系结构的基础上,进而探讨了知识管理的目标框架,分析了影响知识管理的组织规模和协作程度两个因素及其相互关系,为企业如何进行知识管理提供指导。
Based on putting forward a system framework of knowledge management, which comprises core layer, enabler layer and infrastructure layer, this paper discusses the objective frame of knowledge management, analyses the organization scale and collaboration degree as well as their relation which effect knowledge management. All these work can offer direction for enterprise carrying through knowledge management.
