摘要
目的研究六味地黄口服液中马钱苷的含量测定方法。方法高效液相色谱法,C18柱;流动相:四氢呋喃-乙腈-甲醇-0.05%磷酸(1∶8∶4∶87);检测波长为236 nm。结果平均加样回收率为100.33%,RSD=3.43%(n=6)。结论本法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于六味地黄口服液的质量控制。
Objective To determine the content of loganin in Liuweidihuang oral liquid . Methods HPLC was carried out with C18 column and tetrahydrofuran-acetonitrile -methanol-0.050% phosphoric acid （1 ：8 ： 4： 87） as the mobile phase,the detection wavelength was at 236nm. Results The average recovcry was 100.33%, RSD was 3.43%（n=6）. Conclusion The method is simple , accurate with good reproducibility and can be used in quality control of Liuweidihuang oral solution.
