摘要
目的建立黄术利湿颗粒中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱DiamonsilC18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(50∶50)(每100 mL加十二烷基磺酸钠0.1 g)为流动相;柱温35℃,检测波长为265 nm。结果盐酸小檗碱在0.106 8μg^0.640 5μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 8;平均回收率为99.8%,RSD=1.79%(n=5)。结论本方法操作简便,精密度好,结果准确可靠。
Objective To determine the contents of Berberine hydrochloride in Huangzhulishi granules by HPLC. Methods Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used , acetonitrile-0. 1% phos- phoric acid (50 : 50) (each 100ml contains 0. 1g sodium dodecylsulfate)were used as mobile phase. The column temperature was 35℃. The detection wavelength was at 2455 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 106 8μg~0. 640 8μg for Berberine hydrochlorid (r=0.999 8). The average recov- ery(n=5) was 99.8%. Conclusion The method was simple, accurate ,reliable and can be used in quality control of Huangzhulishi granules .
