摘要
以苎麻麻纱和精干麻为原料,研究了甲苯-2,4-二异氰酸酯(TD I)与苎麻纤维的接枝反应,对反应条件进行了初步探讨。并用红外光谱(IR)、紫外光谱(UV)及差示扫描量热计(DSC)对接枝后的产物进行了表征。结果表明,以浓硫酸作催化剂,反应温度60℃,反应时间10 h,浴比1∶30,TD I的用量为2mL/g麻,接枝率较高。同样条件下,用碱处理过的脱脂苎麻为原料接枝率更高。TD I中的一个-NCO与苎麻纤维发生了反应生成接枝共聚物。
Graft copolymerization of TDI onto ramie fibers has been studied using ramie yarn and mercerized degummed ramie as starting materials. The graft copolymers were investigated using FT-IR, UV and DSC. Experimental results show that the optimum reaction conditions of grafting are TDI 2 mL per gram ramie fibers, H2SO4 as catalyst, temperature 60℃ and time 10 h, On the same conditions, the grafting ratio and yield of alkali-treated ramie as raw material are more high. The graft copolymers are synthesized by one -NCO of the TDI functional groups reacts on ramie.
