摘要
以获得用于健康食品生产原料产朊圆酵母为目的,研究了利用筛选的菌株ZGT-44,通过单因素优选和多因子优选法选择了酵母细胞和GSH高积累的适宜发酵培养基。
The study focused on the Camlida utilis which was the producers' goods of the health food. In the sdudy the optimal culture medium of the strain ZGT-44 obtained were developed. As a result the medium established through a single factor synthesis and orthogonal test.
