The role of extracellular signal-regulated kinase signaling pathway in the pathogenesis of asthma

摘要 细胞外信号调节激酶信号通道是一条重要的细胞内传导通道。它参与了细胞的生长、发育、增殖、分化及恶性转化等多个生理和病理生理过程,近年来有关该通道在支气管哮喘发病机制中的作用成为研究的热点。本文就该通道的生物学特征、研究方法及其在哮喘发病机制中的作用进行简要综述。 Extracellular signal-regulated kinase (ERK) signaling pathway is a critical signaling pathway that transduce the intracellular signal. It participate in several physiological and pathphysiological processes of celluar growth, development, proliferation, differentiation and malignant transformation. In recent years, many studies focus on pathogenesis of bronchial asthma. It is reviewed of ERK signaling pathway about the biological characteristic, methods of investigation and action in the pathogenesis of asthma.
