摘要
采用微波法从茶叶中提取茶多酚(T ea po lypheno ls,简称TP),探讨溶剂、微波功率、提取时间、料液比、浸提级数对提取率的影响.正交实验结果表明提取的最优条件为:溶剂为体积分数40%的乙醇,料液比为1∶9(g/mL),微波功率280 W,加热时间30 s,浸提2次.直接在茶多酚浸提液的浓缩液中加入氯化镧合成茶多酚镧配合物TP-L a,与茶多酚对照样品合成的TP-L a比较,通过IR、TEM、紫外吸收等手段进行分析,结果表明:两种方法所合成的纳米茶多酚镧配合物结构基本相似,粒径均在30 nm以内,紫外吸收峰一致.
Microwave-assisted extraction method(MAE) is presented for the extraction of tea polyphenols (TP) from green tea . The optimum parameters were obtained by orthogonal test as follows: the ethanol concentration 40% (v/v), solid / liquid ratio 1 : 9 (g/mL) , microwave power 280 W, MAE time 30 second, extracted twice. At the same time, the nano-TP-La compound is preparated directly in contracted liquid, and compared with the nano-TP-La compound preparated with purer TP by IR, TEM and UV spectra. The results indicate that the structures of two TP-La compounds are similitude. The particle size of compounds are about 30 nm, and the compounds have the same UV spectrum.
