摘要
以水为提取剂,在微波辐照下从毛杨梅树皮中提取原花色素,考察了微波加热温度、加热时间、液固比、提取次数对提取效果的影响。正交试验确定了最佳工艺条件:微波加热温度85℃,加热时间30 min,液固比10∶1(mL∶g),提取次数2次。提取率可达35.2%,产物的有效成分含量64.7%。与常规提取方法相比,微波辅助提取方法提取毛杨梅树皮原花色素,具有操作简便,提取时间短,效率高,产品质量好的优点。
The microwave-radiation technique was researched for extraction of proanthocyanidins from Myrica esulenta bark with water. Effects of irradiating temperature, time, liquid/solid ratio and number of extractions on yield were investigated. Optimal conditions obtained from orthogonal test were: microwave heating temperature 85 ℃, microwave irradiating time 30 min, liquid/ solid ratio 10 : 1, duplicate extraction. The extraction yield was 35.2 %. Proanthocyanidin content of the product was 64.7 %. The result indicated that microwave technique for M. esulenta bark extraction had some advantages such as : easy to operate, timesaving, efficient and superior in quality of product.
