SLE患者T细胞分型特点分析 被引量:2

摘要 采集30例系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者及10例健康者(对照组)的抗凝静脉血,以流式细胞术检测外周血中的Th1/Th2和T c1/T c2细胞。发现SLE肾炎患者Th1、T c1细胞及Th1/Th2比值均高于SLE非肾炎患者及对照组。
