摘要
采用逆相蒸发法制备洛莫司汀脂质体。采用正交试验法优化处方及工艺。优化后的脂质体外观圆整而均匀,平均包封率为(85.2±1.0)%,94.9%以上的脂质体粒径在100nm以下,平均粒径为(47.5±3.1)nm。
Lomustine lipesomes were prepared by the reversed-phase evaporation method. The orthogonal experimental design was applied to optimize the preparation. It was showed that the lomustine fiposomes were spherical and integrated with the mean entrapment efficiency of (85.2± 1.0) %. The size of 94.9% particles was smaller than 100nm with the mean value of (47.5 ±3.1) nm.
