摘要
依据全国第三轮煤炭资源远景调查及统计预测成果，从整体上对我国煤炭资源的分布状况、勘查研究程度、生产开发现状及开发利用前景进行了全面系统的考察，并就如何合理地开发利用煤炭资源、制定能源政策、布局煤田勘探、煤炭工业建设和煤炭生产、保护矿区生态环境、促进资源开发、环境保护和经济增长之间的持续协调发展。
Based on the third nation wide prospect investigation on coal resources and the statistical results,the distribution,exploration and research degree,present situation of production and exploitation,and prospect of development and utilization of coal resources in our country are examined comprehensively and systema tically.The beneficial discussions are conducted on the rational exploitationand rtilization,formulation of energy policy,layout of coal geologic exploration,coal industry construction and production,protection of the ecologic environment in minintg district,in order to promote the continuous and coordinate development among the resource development,environmental protection and economic growth.
