摘要
本文运用系统论、控制论和信息论来分析解决海域油气的“勘查研究程度”问题，不仅阐述了“勘查研究程度”的本质，而且阐明一些新颖的反映“勘查研究程度”特征的概念。
This paper adopts modern systematic scientific theory and method,and uses bothscientific epistemology and methodology and new scientific mode of thinking to deliber-ate the“study levels of marine petroleum prospecting”.At first,some problems in thestudy levels are pointed out ,and then the essence of the study levels are expounded andsome new concepts,new points of views and new understandings of both academic theo-retical values and practical application significance are clarified, such as that the studylevels should be a unity of soft, hard and decisive levels etc, And at the same time it isemphasized that the decision should not take“real”but“optimal”as the standards,thatdecisive levels mean the quality levels of the petroleum searchers,and that the decisiveoptimum is the optimum of prospecting scheme, and the optimum of the scheme is theoptimum of people's subjective activity,that is,the optimum of quality of the petroleumsearchers.
