摘要
耗散结构理论主要研究一个系统从无序向有序、从低序向高序转化的机理、条件和规律。本文用耗散结构理论来分析公司治理系统的特征,透视公司治理的系统本质,提出一个有生命力的公司治理系统必然是一个具有开放的、非线性的和远离平衡态的有序的耗散结构。
The dissipative system theory primarily studies the mechanics, conditions and sequences of the transformation of a system from chaos to organization, from low-organization to high organization, This paper focuses on the characteristics of the dissipative system and its relevance to and inspirations on corporate governance; it further posists that an active corporate management system must be an organized dissipative system that is open, non-linesr and beyond balance.
