摘要
从图书馆员人格魅力与隐性教育的具体内涵出发,论述了图书馆员人格魅力对大学生隐性教育的优势,提出了通过图书馆员的人格魅力对大学生进行隐性教育的途径。
Starting from the connotations of the librarian＇s personality charm and the invisible education, this paper expounds the advantages of the librarian＇s personality charm on the invisible education for the university students, and advances some oaths of the invisible education for the universitv students through the librarian＇s personality charm.
