摘要
以光电双基区晶体管为驱动器,设计了一种有机电致发光显示器(OLED)双稳态驱动电路的方案,通过实验得出了输入光功率和输出光功率的光学双稳态的特性曲线,并对该双稳态电路在OLED驱动的应用上进行了分析。
In this paper, a kind of bistability driven circuit for organic light emitting display （OLED） has been designed by using a phtoto - dual base transistor as a driver. Through experiment, the output power/input power characteristic curve of the optical bistability has been measured and the application of bistable driven circuit to OLED has been discussed.
