摘要
近年来,教育质量以及教育资源等问题阻碍了我国研究生教育的进一步发展,主要是原有的研究生教育模式阻碍了我国研究生教育的改革与发展。为了培养出符合社会需要的复合型创新人才,上海市教育委员会创建了“上海研究生联合培养基地”这一新的培养模式。本文基于“培养基地”的实践和研究,并运用协同学理论来分析“培养基地”的模式。
China has become the great nation of the education of the graduate students at present. And the position of the education of the graduate students in the development of our science and technology and economy is becoming more and more important. But the following problems like the quality and resources of the education hinder the development of our education of the graduate studengts. The old educational mode of the graduate students couldn＇t get with the development of society. In order to foster the compound person who can meet the needs of society, Shanghai has established Base of Cooperative Education of Graduate Students. Base on the practice and introduce the theory of the Synergetics to study the new mode. I hope to promote both the base and our higher education.
