摘要
从满意度的角度分析了劳动力流动的主要影响因素,找出了劳动力从核心区域流向幔带区域的根本动力,证实了劳动力核—幔流动的积极意义,并在此基础上给出幔带区域的发展策略。
The article analyzes the primary factors that affect labor force flowage in satisfaction angle. It finds out the fundamental power that urges labor force to flow from core areas to curtain areas, verifying the positive meaning of labor force flowage from core to curtain areas. On the basis of the above analysis, the article proposes tactics of developing curtain areas.
