纳米合金与有机氯化物的反应性能研究

Study of the reaction characteristics of nano-alloy with organic chloride

摘要 采用液相还原法制得铁镍纳米合金,TEM测试结果表明该合金粒径小.经400℃氢化还原后的纳米合金具有高表面能,能与有机氯化物发生反应.反应产物经元素分析结果表明主要有C l2、FeC l2及N iC l2生成,XRD和XPS分析结果表明,反应后合金经600℃氮气焙烧后有FexC生成. Fe-Ni nano-alloy was synthesized by chemical reduction, and the resuh of transmission electron microscopy (TEM) shows that the diameter of particles is very small. This nanosized alloy has high surface energy after reduction in H2 at 400℃ and test can react with organic chloride. The result of element analysis indicates that the reaction products are Cl2, FeCl2 and NiCl2. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) analysis show that FexC is produced after baking in N2 at 600℃.
