摘要
教师文化是学校文化的亚文化。它呈现在静态层面上是教师的价值取向与思维方式,呈现在动态层面上是教师的态度倾向与行为方式。但以往传统的教师文化在角色认同上趋于神圣化、价值取向上甘于保守化、行为方式上自我封闭化。构建当代教师文化,要变革师生关系,加强在师生关系上的文化对话;学校要创建创新文化平台,确立教师的课程意识;教师要自然合作,构建学习型教师团队文化体系。
Teacher culture is semi-culture of the school culture. It statically is teacher's value orientation and thinking way, and dynamically is teacher's attitude predisposition and comportment. However in the aspect of identifying role, the previous traditional teacher culture likely deified ,in the respect of value orientation it's willingly conservative and in the facet of deportment it's self-dose. To build modem teacher culture must transform the relationship between teacher and student, and reinforce cultural dialect of the relationship; school has to create cultural platform, and evoke teacher's curricular consciousness; teachers have to be cooperative naturally, and build a cultural system of studying type teachers team.
