摘要
采用含有不同基团的纳米二氧化硅和丙烯酸树脂复鞣剂,复合制备了聚合物基纳米复合鞣剂。对系列复鞣剂进行透射电镜(TEM)的测试,结果表明:含双键的纳米二氧化硅能够较均匀地分散于聚合物基体中。将系列复鞣剂应用于山羊蓝湿革复鞣工艺,对复鞣后成革的收缩温度、物理机械性能及透气、透水气性能进行了考察。研究结果表明:纳米SiO2改性后,革样的各项性能都有较大幅度的提高或与未改性前的相接近,其中与单独用Lekotan970复鞣剂复鞣相比,纳米复合鞣剂970/RNS-D能提高坯革抗张强度24·6%,而纳米复合鞣剂970/RNS-Am,970/RNS-H,能分别提高透水气性42·17%、41·83%。采用纳米SiO2改性丙烯酸树脂复鞣剂,能够达到增强、增韧的效果。
Acrylic resin retanning agent is modified by nanometre SiO2 and was determined by TEM. It shows that the SiO2 that has double bond could well disperse in acrylic resin polymer. The above retanning agent was applied in the retanning process of goatskin and the shrinkage temperature, physical - mechanical properties, water permeability and gas permeability of the resultant leather were measured. It shows that after retanning by modified retanning agent the properties of the resultant leather have improved or the same compared with that of unmodified retanning agent. The tensile strength of the leather retanned by 970/RNS - D is increased by 24. 6%, the water vapor permeability by 970/RNS - Am and 970/RNS - H are increased by 42. 17% and 41.83% respectively. Therefore the nanometer SiO2 modified retanning agent could improve the strength and toughness of the leather.
