This article demonstrates the break in national defense STI professionals in terms with the ageing and brain draining of the professionals. An in depth analysis of the forming of the break has also been made. Some countermeasures about the break and making the professionals structure reasonable are put forward from the angle of the internal mechanism of information professionals and social environment.
