摘要
通过对我国社会主义市场经济中科技信息资源的利用机制、信息服务模式和信息服务的社会特征的讨论和分析，指出我国科技信息资源利用和信息服务中存在的问题，提出了我国市场经济体制确立后组织科技信息服务业的构想。
Discusses the mechanism of using sci-tech information resources and the pattern of information services in China’s market economy system, and analyzes the societal characteristics of information services. Based on this analysis, the author points out the existing problems in using information resources and information service, and gives his thought of forming the system of sci-tech information service industry in China’s market economy system.
