摘要
分析了目前高校图书采购招标工作中出现的过分追求高折让、图书品种满足率低、售后服务不到位等问题,提出了要注重书商实力、重视质量要求、严格履约措施、加强沟通磨合等一系列提高图书采购招标工作质量的控制措施。
Existing problems in the process of books purchasing tender in colleges and universities, such as excessively pursuing a high discount, insufficient books categories and low quality after service, have been analyzed. To improve the quality of books purchasing tender, this article puts forward some countermeasures including attaching importance to bookseller strength, books quality, strict measures for contract execution and reinforcing communication.
