十溴二苯醚与水合硼酸锌对环氧树脂固化物阻燃耐热性的影响 被引量:7

The Influence of Decabromodiphenyl Oxide and Hydrate of Zinc Borate on the Flame retardance and Heat Endurance of Cured Epoxy Resin

摘要 用氧指数(LOI)测定和差示扫描量热(DSC)法研究了十溴二苯醚(FR—10)与水合硼酸锌(ZB)对环氧树脂固化物阻燃耐热性的影响。结果表明随FR—10用量的增加,环氧树脂固化物LOI增加,按气相和凝聚相机理发挥阻燃作用。ZB在环氧树脂固化物中有较好的阻燃作用,用量0.75phr时可使LOI增加1.2,但继续增加用量,直到10倍,LOI仅增加1.1,并发现ZB用量较大的样品,在燃烧时有明显的熔融超前现象。ZB和FR—10配用时加强了阻燃效果,在Br/B<1时,环氧树脂固化物的LOI降低,在3时LOI增加,Br/B为0时不熔滴,1时溶滴最严重,随Br/B增加溶滴变小,由于影响热降解,因此使阻燃协同效应未体现出来,加入配合阻燃剂虽降低了固化物的耐热性。 The influence of decabromodiphenl oxide (FR 10) and hydrade of zinc borate (ZB) on the flame retardance and heat endurance of cured epoxy resin was studied by means of limiting oxygen index ( LOI ) determination and differentilal scanning calorimetry (DSC).The results showed that the LOI of the cured epoxy resin increased with the increase of the adding amount of FR 10,and gave play to flame retardance according to the mechanism of vapor phase and condense phase.ZB had better flame retardance for the cured epoxy resin,and the LOI increased by 1.2 when ZB content was 0.75 phr,but LOI only increased by 1.1 when ZB content increased by 10 times,and when a big amount of ZB was used,there would be an obvious lead melt in the burning of the sample.When ZB was used with FR 10,the flame retardance would be improved.When ZB was used with FR 10,the falme retardance would be improved.When Br/B≤1,the LOI of the cured epoxy resin decreased;when Br/B=3,the LOI incerased,and there would not be solute drip when Br/B=1,but there would be an obvious solute drip when Br/B=1;the solute drip decreased with the increase of Br/B.The synergistic flame retardance was not obvious owing to the effect on the thermal degradation.The use of mixed flame retardant would decrease the heat endurance of the cured resin,but had no bad effect on the application.
