摘要
通过运用经济计量方法,建立辽宁能源消费与经济增长、人口数多元线性回归模型以及经济增长与能源利用效率的线性回归模型,对能源消费与经济增长、人口之间的关系,经济增长与效率的提高之间的关系进行实证分析,得到GDP的增长与人口数量的增加都将会提高辽宁能源的消费量,而在能源匮乏的情况下,提高能源利用效率是维持辽宁经济发展的一个重要措施.并提出辽宁需要通过调整产业结构、转变经济增长方式等一系列政策建议来保持能源消费与经济增长的良性循环。
Through utilizing econometric method to build the model of multivariable linear regression of energy consumption, economic growth and population and the model of linear regression of economic and energy efficiency to analyze the correlation of them in the region of Liaoning,getting the result that both the growth of the GDP and the increase of the population numbers will raise Liaoning＇s amount of consumption of the energy. However, under the condition of energy deficiency, raising the efficiency of using energy is an important factor to maintain the development of economy in Liaoning. The article puts forward that Liaoning needs to adopt a series of measures, such as adjusting industrial structure and changing economic growing method, etc. to maintain a beneficial cycle of energy and economic growth.
