摘要
以开封市为例,以顾客满意度(CSD)为理论基础,通过对游客随机抽样调查和大量问卷取证,获得开封市的游客感知度和满意等级隶属度.在分析游客人———地感知度的基础上,运用综合模糊评价模型,进行旅游目的地游客满意度综合模糊评价的实证研究,定量分析开封旅游目的地游客满意度,提出开封市各旅游服务项目的游客满意等级序列,进而提出开封市发展旅游的具体途径与措施.
This research is to take Kaifeng City as an example, with CSD as the theoretical foundation, passing tourist's random sampling and a great deal of questionnaires of visitors acquire the tourist perception degree and the satisfaction grades belonging degree of Kaifeng City. After analyzing the tourist perception degree, make use of comprehensive misty evaluation the model carries on the tour destination tourist satisfaction to synthesize the substantial evidence research of misty evaluation, and the quantitative analysis the destination tourist satisfaction of Kaifeng City, put forward the satisfaction grade sequence on tourism service items of Kaifeng City, then inquiry into the development of Kaifeng City to tourism of the valid path and measures.
