摘要
目的探讨人脑胶质瘤组织脆性组胺三联体(FH IT)的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法,检测38例人脑胶质瘤组织(观察组;低度恶性13例,高度恶性25例)和8例正常脑组织(对照组)中FH IT蛋白的表达。结果观察组FH IT蛋白表达率(47.4%)明显低于对照组(100%),P<0.01;低度恶性者FH IT蛋白表达率(53.8%)明显高于高度恶化者(44.0%),P<0.05。结论FH IT的异常表达与人脑胶质瘤的发生、发展有关。
[Objectlve]To investigate the expression of apoptosis inhibitor gene FHIT in human glioma and study its clinical-pathological implication and clinical significance. [Methods] The expression of FHIT protein were detected by immunohistochemistry SP method in 38 cases of human glioma（13 case of Ⅰ - Ⅱ stages,25 cases of Ⅲ - Ⅳ stages） and 8 cases of normal brain tisues. [Results] The FHIT prctein expression rate in human glioma （47.4 %, 18/38） was remarkably lower than that of normal brain tisues （100 %, 8/8） （P〈 0.01）. The FHIT protein expression rate of Ⅰ - Ⅱ stages （53. 8%, 7/13）was higher than that of Ⅱ-Ⅳstage （44.0%,11/25）, the difference was significant （P〈0. 05）. The positive rates of FHIT prctein decreased with clinical stage＇（r1= 0. 561, P〈0.05）. [Conclusions] The abnormal expression of FHIT pretein correlates with the occurrence and development of haman glioma. Expression of FHIT prctein has a significant relation with clinical stage.
