摘要 新形势下高职院校教学要求应区别于一般的中等职业技术学校,培养的学生除了具有一般能力外,还应具备较强的继续学习能力和持续创新能力,因此将创新引入教学过程至关重要。通过分析《调酒与酒吧管理》课程中原教学方法存在的问题,介绍了如何把创新活动引入专业课教学过程的方法,设计并实施创新教学活动方案,强调实施创新教学活动在高等职业教育中的优势和作用。 In the new situation, the teaching requirement of higher vocational colleges should be different from that of vocational high schools. The students educated in higher vocational colleges should be equipped with sustained learning and innovative ability in addition to normal performance. Consequently, it is very crucial to introduce innovative teaching into the instruction process. By analyzing the problems in the traditional teaching of WINE FLAVORING & BAR MANAGEMENT Course, the article designs and implements innovative teaching plans, and emphasizes the advantages and functions of the innovative teaching in higher vocational education.
