三聚磷酸钠对草酸钙晶体生长的影响及其防石机理 被引量:1

摘要 采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X-射线衍射(XRD)方法研究了三聚磷酸钠对草酸钙(CaOxa)晶体生长的影响.三聚磷酸钠能抑制一水草酸钙(COM)晶体的生长,同时诱导二水草酸钙(COD)晶体的形成.随着三聚磷酸钠浓度的增加,COM晶体的表面积减少.上述结果表明三聚磷酸钠是抑制CaOxa结石的一种潜在药物. The effect of sodium tripolyphosphate (Na5P3O10) on the morphology and phase compositions of calcium oxalate (CaOxa) crystals was investigated in gel systems by a double diffusion technique using scanning electron microscopy and Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy. The addition of Na5P3O10 could inhibit the growth of calcium oxalate monohydrate (COM) and induce the formation of calcium oxalate dihydrate (COD) crystals. With the increase of Na5P3O10 concentration, the surface area of COM crystals decreased and the percentage of COD crystals increased. It indicated that Na5P3O10 maybe a potential inhibitor to calcium oxalate urinary stones.
