摘要
采用碳化法在添加剂-Ca(OH)2-CO2-H2O多相体系中合成纳米碳酸钙,研究了蔗糖、柠檬酸的浓度,复合型添加剂(柠檬酸/蔗糖)添加比值、添加过程对碳酸钙形貌的影响。使用透射电子显微镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)表征纳米碳酸钙的形貌、尺寸和晶型。结果表明,控制蔗糖的量可合成粒径<60nm的单分散性好的立方体碳酸钙,在添加剂柠檬酸的作用下可合成棒状纳米碳酸钙,首次利用柠檬酸-蔗糖复合添加剂控制合成长径比不同的棒状纳米碳酸钙。
Calcium carbonate nanoparticle was synthesized in the additives-Ca(OH)2-CO2-H2O multiphase system using the carbonation.The effect of the citric acid and sucrose concentrations,mass ratio of citric acid to sucrose and adding process on the morphology of the calcium carbonate nanoparticle was studied.The products were characterized by the transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and X-ray powder diffraction(XRD).The results indicated that the nano-sized calcium carbonate cuboids with diameter of 60nm can be synthesized by controlling the sucrose concentration.The rod-like calcium carbonate nanoparticles can be synthesized by controlling the citric acid concentration.The rod-like calcium carbonate nanoparticles with different aspect ratios were prepared for the first time by using additives complex of citric acid and sucrose.
