摘要
目的:观察脉冲微波及中药治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的临床效果。方法:30例慢性非细菌性前列腺炎患者,应用脉冲微波及口服金刚藤糖浆治疗2周。2周后以美国国立卫生院慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)作为疗效指标,包括疼痛、排尿症状、生活质量指数等。结果:与治疗前比较,30例患者疼痛、排尿症状及生活质量评分均降低(4.7±3.3、3.1±1.6,4.3±2.9,P<0.001)。NIH-CPSI评定,治愈11例(37%),显效13例(43%),有效6例(20%),治愈显效率为80%。结论:脉冲微波配合中药金刚藤糖浆治疗慢性非细胞性前列腺炎有良好的效果,合理剂量控制下对前列腺组织和精液质量、精子形态无不良影响。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of pulse microwave combined with Chinaroot greenbrier rhizome in the treatment of chronic non-bacterial prostatitis （NBP）. Methods： In an opened and selfreontrolled clinical trial, 30 patients with chronic NBP were subjected to the adjuvant treatment of pulse microwave combined with Chinaroot greenbrier rhizome for 2 weeks. The efficacy was evaluated by the NIH chronic prostatitis symptom index （NIH-CPSI）. Results： After treatment, the pain scores, the micturition symptom scores and QOL scores were averagely decreased by （4.74±3.3） （P〈0. 001）, （3.1±1.6） （P〈0. 001） and （4.3±2. 9） （P〈0. 001） respectively. Eleven cases out of 30 cases were cured （36 %）, and the effective rate was 100%. Conclusion.. Pulse microwave combined with Chinaroot greenbrier rhizome is significantly effective for chronic NBP and can improve the quality of life of the patients with NBP.
