摘要
分析了当前二次文献库和引文数据库建设中存在的问题及其内涵 ,指出出版印刷本的二次文献库和引文数据库是一种重复劳动。列举了全文数据库的优点 ,对建设大规模全文数据库的可行性、对计算机系统的要求、文献情报工作者的任务、建设和服务中可能产生的问题等作了分析。认为建设大规模全文数据库的时机已成熟 ,应该着手其实施与实际的操作。
Analysed the shortcomings in curre nt database construction. Listed the adv antages of full text database.Asserted t hat under network conditions,its not a wise method to publish those retrieval p eriodicals.Paid length on the possibilit y,the conditions of computer system,the work of library stuff members,and possib le problems in the full text database constr uction.Concluded that its time to estab lish a wide range full text database.
