摘要
目的观察参麦注射液对急性心肌梗死可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1(sICAM-1)的影响,探讨参麦注射液在急性心肌梗死心肌保护中的作用机制。方法将50例ST段抬高型急性心肌梗死患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,均给予溶栓措施,治疗组在应用尿激酶同时应用参麦注射液50ml加入0.9%生理盐水100ml静脉点滴,1次/d,其它治疗与对照组相同。所有入选者均于溶栓前及溶栓后3h,6h,12h,24h,48h,72h采血检测可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1浓度。结果在溶栓再通组中,参麦治疗组可溶性细胞间粘附分子-1水平在溶栓后3h,6h,12h均低于对照组(P<0.05)。在溶栓未通组中,参麦治疗组可溶性细胞间黏附分子-1于溶栓后6h,12h,24h均低于对照组(P<0.01)。溶栓后48h两组比较,P<0.05。结论参麦注射液可通过抑制细胞间黏附分子-1而起到保护心肌的作用。在溶栓未通者中效果更明显。
Objective To observe Shenmai injection influence on soluhle intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sICAM-1) in acute myocanlial infacetion (AMI) ,to explore the meehanism of protective effect of shemai injection on ischemic myoeardium. Methods Fifty, patients of AMI were randomly divided into two groups, all received thromholytic therapy. The test group were given shenmai injection additionly ,sICAM-1 were measured before thrombolysis and at 3,6, 12,24,48,72 hours after thrombohsis. Results In reperfusion patienls, the levels of sICAM-1 were lower in Shenmai injection group at 3,6, 12 hours after thrombolysis( P 〈 0.05) . In nonreperfusion patients, the levels of sICAM-1 were significant lower in Shenmai injection group at 6, 12,24 hours after thromhlysis( P 〈 0.0l ). At 48 hours after thrombolysis, the difference was , significant between, to groups( P 〈 0.05) . Conclusion Shenmai injeetion has proteetive effect on ischemie myocardium through inhibiting intercellular adhesion molecule-1 in AMI.
